Flat Rate Fee (per document):

Document certified by Notary public, State or Federal entity: $190.00

Payment options:

Top Flite Legalization accepts payments by credit card, cashier check, company check, money order and PayPal. If you pay online via PayPal, please send a proof of your payment confirmation along with your documents — Please note there is an additional 4% handling fee applied for use of Visa, MasterCard or AMEX — Please make company and cashier’s checks payable to Top Flite Legalization.

Mailing:

Please enclose the following in your FedEx, UPS, DHL (international shipment only) or regular mail envelope:

1. Print out this instruction form, then fill it out and include it with your package
2. Make a copy of the original document to be legalized and send it along with the document. Please note that we charge $1.00 per copy if we make it for you
3. Provide a self-addressed prepaid return envelope. Please note that we will delay the process of any documents sent to us with no self-addressed prepaid return envelope
4. Enclose your payment or proof of payment online
