Lebanon special requirement: turnaround time is 5-7 business days

Lebanon’s Embassy requires a special handling for these documents:

  • General powers of attorney
  • Special powers of attorney
  • Agreements
  • Affidavits
  • Wills

Please have the above mentioned documents notarized by the Notary public prior to being submitted to Top Flite Legalization(must include the following statement on the same page signed by the applicant and the two witnesses:
“Before me personally appeared Mr./Ms./Mrs. (First and last name) and witnesses Mr./Ms./Mrs. (First and last names) and signed the above document, this day …/…/…” then signature and seal of the Notary public, and the expiration date of commission).
In addition, have them attested by the Clerk of Court of the county in which the Notary is commissioned and certified by the Secretary of State of the state in which the document is issued.

All other document(s) need to be notarized by the Notary public and certified by the Secretary of State of the state in which the document is issued.

Top Flite Legalization will have documents legalized by the Embassy of Lebanon in Washington D.C. only if they were originally issued from the Secretary of one of these States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C
